Lawyer Dr Damijan Brulc is one of our law firm’s founding and managing partners.
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in 2004.
He began his independent legal career in 2008. He completed the doctoral study programme of Law and Real Estate Management at the European Faculty of Law in 2016, earning the title Doctor of Science.
His main areas of work are Real Estate, Commercial, and Labour law.

Lawyer Luka Gaberščik graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, in 2002. After completing his judicial internship at the Koper Higher Court, he became employed as a lawyer candidate at the Čeferin Law Firm, where he then continued his career as a lawyer.
He began his independent law career in 2008, upgrading it two years later by founding the BGK Law Firm. He communicates in Slovenian, English, Italian, Serbian and Croatian, and also speaks German and Spanish.
He specializes in Commercial, Civil, and Public Law.

Lawyer Mitja Šuligoj graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, in 2012 with a diploma thesis in the field of Administrative Procedural Law, receiving an award for an outstanding diploma thesis, based on the decision of the Senate of the Faculty of Law. He continues his education at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana as a doctoral student.
He completed his judicial internship at the High Court in Koper, within the scope of which he also gained training at the Constitutional Court. After passing the State Bar Exam, he joined our law firm in March 2015. In December 2016, he was appointed by the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia as a deputy member of the State Electoral Commission from among legal experts, performing the function of a member of this commission since December 2020.
In his work, he deals primarily with Civil, Commercial, Criminal, and Administrative Law, with special emphasis on the constitutional protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. He speaks English, German and Italian.

Aleksandra Novak graduated with honours from the European Law Faculty in Nova Gorica in 2012. She began working as an expert associate in the Brulc, Gaberščik and Partners Law Firm in January 2014. Upon completing her master’s degree in 2015, she continued working in the office as a trainee lawyer.
Having passed the State Bar Exam in July 2018, she continues to work in our law firm as a lawyer candidate.
She specializes in Civil and Labour Law.
She also communicates in English, Croatian and Serbian.

Marjetka Kenda earned her master’s degree from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana with a master’s thesis in the field of Labour Law in 2016. She joined the Brulc, Gaberščik and Partners Law Firm as a trainee lawyer in May 2017. Having passed the State Bar Exam in January 2020, she continues to work in our law firm as a lawyer candidate.
She specializes in Labour and Civil Law.
She also communicates in English and German.
